  1. Publisher reserves the right to revise its distribution schedule at any time upon thirty (30) days notice in writing or via email.
  2. Distributor shall charge the retail fee of no less than $5 per issue for the magazines. The recommended price is $6 per issue.
  3. Distributor shall not accept subscription requests. All subscription requests shall be forwarded to the publisher.
  4. There is a minimum purchase requirement of 12 issues. Publisher will sell issues to the Distributor in quantities of 12.
  5. Publisher will only accept payments in the following forms: credit card, bank certified business check, money order, and cash. No personal checks will be accepted.
  6. A fee of $25 will be charged on all returned checks in addition to the original check amount.
  7. Magazines will be shipped to the distribution locations upon receipt of payment.
  8. Distributor may cancel this agreement upon notice in writing or via email to Publisher. Email account must be the email address registered and on file with the Publisher.
  9. Publisher is not bound by any verbal agreement, nor by any arrangement not specifically stated in this agreement.
  10. This agreement constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understanding or agreements of the parties. Any change to this agreement must be made in writing. Waiver of any of the terms of this agreement by Publisher for the convenience of the Distributor shall not prevent Publisher from subsequently enforcing all the terms hereof.
  11. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of GA, the County of Dekalb, and the City of Stone Mountain, in which the principal office of Publisher is located, shall be the forum for any legal action relating to this agreement and to any distribution related conflicts.
