Sweet potatoes can be used so many different ways but sometimes we find ourselves in a rut, I hope this recipe helps bring you out of that rut. Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, I use a stone cookie sheet
  3. Mix sweet potato fries, Italian dressing, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder together in a bowl until sweet potatoes are evenly coated. Season with black pepper.
  4. Arrange potato fries on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip potatoes over; continue baking until easily pierced with a fork an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle sweet potato fries with the remaining 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese to serve.
Recipe Notes

You can serve these yummy fries as a side or a snack. This gluten free dish will easily become a favorite in your home.
